To evaluate the performance of a graphics card, we run so-called "benchmarks". These benchmarks involve specialized calculations performed by software to evaluate a video card's capabilities. We use both theoretical or synthetic benchmarks (e.g. 3D Mark) and gaming benchmarks. To ensure comparable results, we make sure that the benchmarks are performed correctly and that the graphics card and system are in good condition.
